Order Cancellation/Refund Policy
Order Cancellation Policy – Prior to Pick-up
Orders that are cancelled prior to pick-up will be refunded in full.
Order Cancellation Policy – After Pick-up is Made
Orders that are cancelled after the pick-up has been made will incur
A standard “dry run” service fee equal to half of the total price of the order.
Orders may not be cancelled after the delivery has been attempted or completed.
Refunds for Credit Card Payments
All credit card refunds will be posted back to your credit card account within
24 hours of cancellation.
Refunds for Other Payment Methods
All non-credit card payment methods will be refunded by credit to your USC Account and applied to current open/unpaid invoice balance.
